The Allianz Inner Warrior is England Rugby's primary campaign to help clubs recruit female players into their clubs. Allianz warrior camps are designed as a great introduction to rugby for those who have never played, or those who want to get back involved, and encourage more women and girls to play rugby.

At Keswick, over the last 4 years, we have built a large, vibrant and thriving female section, and we now feel that it is as great to get our message out there and increase involvement in the female game.

We are inviting all girls aged 11-17, who are playing or want to give rugby a try, to come along on the day. Bring your daughters, friends, sisters, cousins and neighbours for a day that with be filled with fun. No previous experience is required as there will be lots of friendly coaches on the day showing you how to play. The camp will be a gentle introducing to the core skills of rugby in a fun and encouraging way. For anyone nervous about contact and tackling, don't worry, that will not be part of this first session!

We look forward to seeing you there. Please arrive for registration at 10.30am, the event will be approximately 2 hours. Bring trainers and dress in sports wear. This is a FREE event.
